Hi everyone! Thank you so much for visiting my page! I have been battling myself and trying to get my butt into gear and blogging again. For those of you who may never have seen my old page, we are starting out fresh here, but here is where I am starting for 2016.
STATS for January 1, 2016:
- Weight: 179
- Pounds Lost: 56
- Current Program: The Master's Hammer and Chisel
- Current Personal Goals: Reduce Triglycerides to 150, reach 152 lbs
- Goal Date: August 8, 2016
- Greatest struggles - water intake and late night snacking
Here is my last progress set. The first photos are my FIRST progress pictures ever, after I had my baby boy. I was NOT pregnant. I was more than 8 weeks postpartum and I was the heaviest in my life. I was tired. I was also in denial. I have no idea what pant size I was, because I literally only wore stretched out sweats and active wear. The December 2015 photos are from just FINALLY finishing Insanity Max 30. It took me three attempts, various injuries and a couple surgeries in the middle, but I did it and I earned my shirt.
My current program is the Master's Hammer and Chisel and I am slowly working my way through. I get through most programs more slowly than my peers because of adrenal fatigue and joint issues, but I do finish.
