Low Carb Veggies!

Hey, y'all! Sorry I have been away for so long! I have been working on myself and my medical situation, which I will post an update about soon. I have also been busy putting some cool things together for you guys!

I always get people who are confused when I tell them that vegetables and fruits have carbs in them! Yes, its mind blowing and true. If you are someone who follow a ketogenic nutrition plan, you already know this, but for many newbies, it is hard to understand and keep track of, so I put together a cool little thing that has my favorite keto friendly veggies.

Perfect "Hard Boiled" Eggs in the Oven!

You guys may have caught this one on my Youtube channel or over on Photobomb Fitness on Facebook, but here is the quick video I did on how to hard boil eggs in the oven! I eat a lot of eggs these days while on prep and this has been a lifesaver.



I personally prefer this way, only because I don't have to babysit a hot pot of water while my kids are running around. Its quick and easy and helps make meal prep simple!
